Regular Season Round 14: Gold Coast R. - NGC Seahawks 91-76

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Rollers (4-1) beat 12th ranked Seahawks (2-6) in Gold Coast 91-76 on Friday. American forward Spencer Parker (201-93, college: Bowling Green, agency: Inception Sports) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 rebounds. The former international power forward Anthony Petrie (203-83) contributed with 16 points and 4 assists for the winners. American swingman Quinton Campbell (197-93, college: S.Mississippi) replied with 19 points and 7 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Earl Jones (173, college: Warner Pacific) added 14 points in the effort for Seahawks. Five Rollers and four Seahawks players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Despite that victory Rollers went down to fifth position (League) due to points difference. Loser Seahawks dropped to the thirteenth place with six games lost. Rollers will face Thunder (#10) in Loganholme in the next round where they are favorite. Seahawks will play on the road against the league's leader Mackay Meteors and hope to win that game.
