No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Central District Lions (7-6) edged 11th ranked Eastern Mavericks (2-11) in Mt. Barker 104-103 on Saturday. American guard Jordan Riewer (188-91, college: MSU Moorhead) saved the victory by scoring 30 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Chol Luk (196, college: Lamar St.CC) contributed with 19 points for the winners. American forward Brandon Morris (203-94, college: Benedict) replied with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 16 rebounds and 7 assists and center Devon McGee (205-97) added 26 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Eastern Mavericks.
