Very expected game when 8th ranked Woodville Warriors (4-9) were smashed by third ranked Forestville Eagles (9-3) in Flinders Park 114-88 on Saturday. Forestville Eagles looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. American forward Greg Mays (203-93, college: Green Bay) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds. Michael Harris contributed with 29 points for the winners. Five Forestville Eagles players scored in double figures. Guard Brodie Nathan replied with 26 points and American forward Joshua Clippinger (201, college: Messiah) added 19 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Woodville Warriors. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Despite that victory Forestville Eagles went down to fourth position (League) due to points difference. Loser Woodville Warriors keep the eighth place with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
