The game with biggest result difference took place in Kampala. Local UCU Ladies (14-3) outscored 6th ranked Angels (8-10) 76-31 on Tuesday night. UCU Ladies held Angels to an opponent 19.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 37.0 percent accuracy of the winners. UCU Ladies forced 34 Angels turnovers and outrebounded them 53-40 including 20 on the offensive glass. Forward Rose Akon stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and the former international forward Sarah Ageno (176-96) chipped in 14 points and 13 rebounds. Four UCU Ladies players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Mellisa Akullu with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 16 rebounds and Hamala Miriam scored 1 points and 8 rebounds. Angels' coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for UCU Ladies. They maintain third place with 14-3 record having just two points less than leader KCCA Leopards. Loser Angels keep the sixth position with ten games lost. They share it with A1 Challenge.
