Gunma defeated Sendai 89ers at home 62-57. Gunma forced 19 Sendai 89ers turnovers. Sendai 89ers were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Hungarian-American Rosco Allen (208-93, college: Stanford, agency: Pensack Sports) notched 24 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and Nigerian forward Abdullahi Kuso (206-84, college: Tallahassee CC) supported him with 10 points and 14 rebounds. Gunma's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even a double-double of 17 points and 15 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) by American forward Jerome Tillman (201-87, college: Ohio, agency: Inception Sports) did not help to save the game for Sendai 89ers. His fellow American import center Daniel Miller (211-91, college: Georgia Tech) added 9 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the guests.
