Regular Season Round 4: Chalon - Chalons-Reims 92-73

There was a small surprise when thirteenth ranked Chalon (2-2) outscored at home 10th ranked Chalons-Reims (2-2) 92-73 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Antonin Monin (185-0) who helped to win the game recording 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Quentin Diboundje-Eyobo (187-2) who added 15 points and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side center Quentin Losser (204-99) responded with 23 points and 8 rebounds and guard Thomas Pottier (196-99) scored 14 points. Five Chalon and four Chalons-Reims players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Chalon moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 5 other teams including defeated Chalons-Reims. Chalon will meet Gravelines (#15) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Chalons-Reims will play against Nanterre (#4) and hope to secure a win.
