Everything went according to plan when top-ranked Levallois (4-0) beat on the road 11th ranked SIG Strasbourg (1-3) 97-81 on Saturday. American point guard Rob Gray (185-94, college: Houston) fired 21 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. The other American import forward Jamel Artis (201-93, college: Pittsburgh) chipped in 22 points. Levallois' coach Frederic Fauthoux used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. British-Canadian Thomas Scrubb (198-91, college: Carleton) produced 17 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and American Gabe York (190-93, college: Arizona) added 18 points respectively for lost side.
