Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Rashad Madden (196-92, college: Arkansas) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 5 rebounds and Argentinian center Ignacio Alessio (203-87) who added 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Argentinian Lisandro Rasio (198-90, agency: Pro Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 20 rebounds and swingman Rodrigo Munoz (186-80) scored 11 points and 5 assists. Four AB Ancud players scored in double figures. Defending champion maintains third position in Nacional with 2-1 record behind leader CDU Concepcion. AB Ancud at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. Deportivo Valdivia will play against CD Puerto Varas (#5) on the road in the next round. AB Ancud will play against Puerto Montt and hopes to get finally their first victory.
