It was an exceptional evening for American point guard Tweety Carter (180-86, college: Baylor) who led the winners and scored 17 points and 6 assists. American guard Dominic Artis (192-93, college: UTEP, agency: Network Sports International) came up with 28 points and 5 assists and the other American import guard Robert Johnson (190-95, college: Indiana) added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for MKS Dabrowa Gornicza in the defeat. Five Start and four MKS Dabrowa Gornicza players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Start will play against Wilki Morskie (#8) in Szczecin in the next round and are hoping to win another game. MKS Dabrowa Gornicza will play at home against BM Slam Stal (#14) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
