Regular Season Round 6: Caen - Tours 65-70

The biggest surprise of round 6 was guest Tours' (4-1) road victory over one of their biggest challengers Caen (3-2) 70-65 on Friday evening. The best player for the winners was American forward Will Felder (201-91, college: Miami, OH, agency: Octagon Europe) who scored 16 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Guinean swingman Ahmed Doumbia (195-89, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 13 points, 6 assists and 4 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was Nigerian-American power forward Cory Remekun (203-91, college: St.Louis, agency: Inception Sports) who recorded 12 points and 7 rebounds and forward William Pfister (203-95, college: FAU) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Tours moved-up to third place in Group A. Caen at the other side dropped to the sixth position with two games lost. Tours are looking forward to face Lorient (#5) at home in the next round. Caen will play against Vitre and is hoping to win this game.
