Regular Season Round 7: Saga B. - Kagoshima 92-85

Very expected game when 7th ranked Kagoshima (2-4) was defeated on the road by third ranked Saga B. (6-1) 92-85. Americans were the main players on the court. It was a very good performance for Trey Gilder (206-85, college: Northwestern St.) who helped to win the game recording 42 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds. Power forward Gary Hamilton (208-84, college: Miami, FL, agency: Inception Sports) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Forward Shelton Boykin (198-92, college: Angelo St.) answered with 27 points and forward Chris Washburn (203-93, college: TCU) added 16 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Kagoshima. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Saga B.. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Aisin AW. Kagoshima at the other side dropped to the eighth position with four games lost. Saga B.'s next round opponent will be again Kagoshima (#8) in Renova which should be theoretically an easy game.
