American center Jeff Withey (213-90, college: Kansas) came up with 15 points and 7 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and American-Georgian point guard Corey Fisher (186-88, college: Villanova) added 15 points and 4 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) respectively for Ironi Nes-Ziona in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Maccabi T-A will meet at home Hapoel Jerusalem in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ironi Nes-Ziona will play against Beer Sheva (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
