Regular Season Round 5: ASVEL - Pau-Lacq-Orthez 76-68

Undefeated leader ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket delivered the sixth consecutive victory. This time they beat 9th ranked Pau-Lacq-Orthez (2-3) 76-68. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket made 20-of-24 charity shots (83.3 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Pau-Lacq-Orthez helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Defending champion maintains first place with 6-0 record. Pau-Lacq-Orthez at the other side keeps the ninth position with three games lost. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket's next round opponent will be Chorale de Roanne (#17) on the road which should be an easy win for them. Pau-Lacq-Orthez will play against the league's second-placed Levallois (#2) and hope to win that game.
