We should not miss anothera road victory of 76ers (1-0) over Celtics (0-1) 107-93. They outrebounded Celtics 62-41 including a 50-31 advantage in defensive rebounds. 76ers players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. 29 personal fouls committed by Celtics helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Australian point guard Ben Simmons (208-96, college: LSU) who scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. Tobias Harris (206-92, college: Tennessee) chipped in a double-double by scoring 15 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Jayson Tatum (203-98, college: Duke) produced a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and swingman Gordon Hayward (203-90, college: Butler) added 25 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Five 76ers and four Celtics players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games.
