Regular Season Round 5: RIG Mark - Eskilstuna 109-78

Everything went according to plan in Kinna where leader RIG Mark (5-0) outleveled 3rd placed Eskilstuna (2-2) 109-78 on Saturday. RIG Mark forced 31 Eskilstuna turnovers and outrebounded them 40-28 including 27 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Eskilstuna's players. The best player for the winners was guard Alan Brzezinski (187-1) who scored 19 points and 5 rebounds. Point guard Tom Sanne (184-2) chipped in 15 points and 5 assists. Forward Pontus Lennartsson (198-93) produced 11 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Albin Sandeberg (176-99) added 16 points respectively for the guests. Five RIG Mark and four Eskilstuna players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. RIG Mark have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place in South with 5-0 record. Loser Eskilstuna dropped to the sixth position with two games lost. RIG Mark will face Talje Knights (#5) on the road in the next round. Eskilstuna will play against the league's second-placed Haga BG in Norrkoping and hope to win that game.
