Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both twelfth ranked Trento and 14th ranked Treviso had identical 2-3 record. This time Trento used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Treviso 76-71 on Saturday night. Trento dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Treviso's 28. The best player for the winners was international swingman Alessandro Gentile (200-92) who had a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Tongan-New Zealand forward Isaac Fotu (203-93, college: Hawaii) who recorded 22 points and American-Polish guard David Logan (182-82, college: Indianapolis) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Trento (3-3) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 4 other teams. Newly promoted Treviso dropped to the fifteenth position with four games lost. Trento will have a break next round.
