Bottom-ranked Valga-Valka (0-5) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 86-75 loss to third ranked Rapla (5-1) in Valga on Sunday evening. American guard Devaugntah Williams (193-94, college: Texas Tech) scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Erik Keedus (198-90, agency: Players Group) chipped in 13 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Rapla players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Montenegrin forward Vladimir Bulatovic (197-91) with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists and the former international Timo Eichfuss (200-88) scored 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
