A very interesting game took place in . It ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 6th ranked Plateados (5-6) to seventh ranked Astros (7-7) 97-95 in the game for the sixth place. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Plateados. Astros players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Venezuelan point guard Heissler Guillent (186-86) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 6 rebounds and 13 assists. Puerto Rican swingman Angel-Daniel Vassallo (198-86, college: Virginia Tech) accounted for 24 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. American forward Nick Harney (203-92, college: Fairmont St.) came up with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and Georgian-Puerto Rican guard Guillermo Diaz (188-85, college: Miami, FL) added 28 points respectively for Plateados in the defeat. Four Astros and five Plateados players scored in double figures. Plateados' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Astros moved-up to sixth place which they share with defeated Plateados. Plateados at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keep the sixth position with six games lost. Astros' next round opponent will be Angeles (#9) in Puebla.
