Bottom-ranked Real Betis managed to get a second victory, breaking the three-game losing streak on Sunday night. This time newly promoted Real Betis won against sixth-ranked Andorra in Sevilla 86-81. It was a great shooting night for Real Betis especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. American-Polish guard A.J. Slaughter (191-87, college: WKU, agency: BeoBasket) notched 27 points and 5 assists to lead the effort and Kosovan-Turkish point guard Kenan Sipahi (197-95, agency: Interperformances) supported him with 10 points. Four Real Betis players scored in double figures. Even 18 points (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) by American-Senegalese point guard Clevin Hannah (179-87, college: Wichita St., agency: BeoBasket) did not help to save the game for Andorra. Czech swingman David Jelinek (195-90, agency: Octagon Europe) added 13 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Real Betis (2-4) moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with 5 other teams. Loser Andorra keeps the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with 5 other teams.
