There was no surprise in Leioa where 6th ranked Picken Claret (1-4) was defeated by third ranked Lliria (4-1) 79-68 on Saturday. Lliria forced 20 Picken Claret turnovers. Center Ruben Ramos (200-94) fired 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Carlos Faubel (177-89) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. Four Lliria players scored in double figures. Godwin Osarenren produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists and Vicent Puchades (-93) added 14 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Lliria.
