Regular Season Round 7: Gravelines - Limoges 92-80

Everything went according to plan when eighth ranked Gravelines-Dunkerque (4-3) beat at home 15th ranked Limoges CSP Elite (2-5) 92-80 on Saturday. Gravelines-Dunkerque made 20-of-23 free shots (87.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Limoges CSP Elite was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for American forward Erik McCree (201-93, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 6 rebounds. Point guard Benjamin Sene (188-94) helped adding 12 points and 9 assists. At the losing side American guard Semaj Christon (190-92, college: Xavier) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 assists and the other American import forward Brian Conklin (201-89, college: St.Louis) scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. Four Gravelines-Dunkerque and five Limoges CSP Elite players scored in double figures. Limoges CSP Elite's coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Gravelines-Dunkerque moved-up to seventh place. Loser Limoges CSP Elite dropped to the eleventh position with five games lost. Gravelines-Dunkerque will face Le Mans (#10) on the road in the next round. Limoges CSP Elite will play against Pau-Lacq-Orthez and hope to win that game.
