Regular Season Round 7: Rapla - Kalev/Cramo 60-92

The game between third ranked Rapla (5-2) and fifth ranked Kalev/Cramo (5-1) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Rapla was crushed by Kalev/Cramo in Rapla 60-92. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Rapla. Kalev/Cramo made 19-of-20 free shots (95.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Rapla 44-22 including a 30-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Puerto Rican guard Kyle Vinales (186-92, college: CCSU, agency: 011 Sports) who helped to win the game recording 17 points. The former international forward Janari Joesaar (198-93, college: UTRGV) contributed with 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. American guard Devaugntah Williams (193-94, college: Texas Tech) answered with 20 points and international point guard Rait-Riivo Laane (179-93) added 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Rapla. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Kalev/Cramo have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place. Rapla at the other side dropped to the fifth position with two games lost. Kalev/Cramo are looking forward to face Tarvas (#8) in Rakvere in the next round. Rapla will play at home against Tarvas and is hoping to win this game.
