An interesting game for Pacers (4-4) which played road game in Washington against 4th ranked Wizards (2-5). Second ranked Pacers had an easy win 121-106. They made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. Pacers looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists. Wizards were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for Lithuanian-American power forward Domantas Sabonis (209-96, college: Gonzaga) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points, 17 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Doug McDermott (203-92, college: Creighton) contributed with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Bradley Beal (196-93, college: Florida) replied with 30 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Thomas Bryant (208-97, college: Indiana) added 20 points and 11 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) in the effort for Wizards. Five Pacers and four Wizards players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Pacers maintains second position with 4-4 record behind leader Milwaukee B. Loser Wizards keep the fourth place with five games lost.
