Very predictable result when third ranked Gornik (6-1) defeated on the road bottom-ranked Pogon Prudnik (2-6) 87-83 on Wednesday. Gornik looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was Grzegorz Kulka (205-96) who scored 19 points and 8 rebounds. Damian Pieloch (195-89) chipped in 16 points. Gornik's coach Lukasz Grudniewski used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Swingman Adrian Mroczek-Truskowski (195-85) produced 16 points and 5 assists and point guard Grzegorz Mordzak (182-77) added 19 points respectively for the hosts. Four Pogon Prudnik players scored in double figures. Gornik keeps a position of league leader. Pogon Prudnik lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with six games lost.
