Regular Season Round 7: Team4Q - Trelleborg 74-92

Trelleborg has finally registered their first victory this season after seven consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in Helsingborg, where they defeated Team4Q (1-5) 92-74 on Wednesday. Trelleborg made 17-of-17 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. Guard Ibbe Klintman (179-1) fired a double-double by scoring 26 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Nigerian forward Tope Arikawe (203, college: N.Texas, agency: One Motive Sports) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Arikawe is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Trelleborg players scored in double figures. Lithuanian center Martynas Kuksta (203-89) produced 14 points and 9 rebounds and guard Casper Silfver (190-95) added 15 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. It was the only win of guest team this round and in all other games host teams recorded victories. Trelleborg (1-7) left bottom position moving up to ninth place. It was Team4Q's third loss in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth position with five games lost. Trelleborg will meet at home bottom-ranked Bankeryds (#10) in the next round. Team4Q will play against KFUM Fryshuset and hope to win that game.
