There was no surprise when 10th ranked 2B Control TR (3-4) lost to fourth ranked Edilnol Bl (5-2) in Biella 66-78 on Sunday. Quite impressive performance for Nigerian-American forward Emmanuel Omogbo (203-95, college: Colorado St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. American forward Ed Polite-Jr (196-97, college: Radford) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four Edilnol Bl players scored in double figures. American forward Kenny Goins (201-96, college: Michigan St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import LaMarshall Corbett (189-88, college: Angelo St.) added 21 points in the effort for 2B Control TR. Edilnol Bl moved-up to third place in A2. Loser 2B Control TR keeps the tenth position with four games lost. Edilnol Bl will face Zeus NPC Rieti (#6) on the road in the next round. 2B Control TR will play against the league's leader Novipiu Casale (#1) and hope to win that game.
