Regular Season Round 8: AZS AGH KR - Bielsko-Biala 94-63

Very predictable result when third ranked AZS AGH KR (6-1) rolled over 11th ranked Bielsko-Biala (1-7) in Krakow 94-63 on Monday. AZS AGH KR forced 27 Bielsko-Biala turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Point guard Kacper Nowak (185-99) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points. Power forward Tomasz Deja (200-83) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Forward Robert Kozaczka (199-81) replied with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and forward Michal Cichon (192-84) added 16 points in the effort for Bielsko-Biala. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. AZS AGH KR moved-up to second place in Group C, which they share with MKS DG 2. Bielsko-Biala lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the twelfth position with seven games lost. AZS AGH KR will face Unia Tarnow (#13) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them.
