Regular Season Round 8: Den Bosch - Limburg 84-61
Date: November 14, 2019
The game between third ranked Den Bosch (6-3) and 7th ranked BA Limburg (2-7) in Den Bosch on Thursday ended with biggest points difference. Den Bosch outscored guests from Limburg 84-61. The game was mostly controlled by Den Bosch. BA Limburg managed to win fourth quarter 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 22-of-28 free shots (78.6 percent) during the game. Den Bosch outrebounded BA Limburg 46-27 including a 36-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by American guard Elijah Wilson (193-94, college: Coastal, agency: Mansfield and Associates) who scored that evening 25 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import point guard Siyani Chambers (183-93, college: Harvard, agency: Scorers 1st Sportmanagement) supported him with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. Even 14 points and 5 assists by American forward Trey Burch-Manning (198-95, college: S.Dakota) did not help to save the game for BA Limburg. Forward Elay Wirjo (197-98) added 19 points for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Despite that victory Den Bosch went down to fourth position due to points difference. BA Limburg lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with seven games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
