Regular Season Round 28: Titanes - Warriors 83-90

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Titanes (18-5) at the home court on Thursday night. Hosts were defeated by sixth ranked Warriors (10-13) 90-83. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Titanes. Warriors made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of international guard Michaell Jackson (196-87) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 5 rebounds. American Andre Armstrong (190-90, college: Coppin St.) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Armstrong is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Warriors players scored in double figures. American-Dominican swingman Luis Jacobo (196-91, college: PFW) replied with 18 points and the former international guard Gianluca Bacci (187-89) added 9 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Titanes. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Warriors have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place. Defending champion Titanes still keep top position with five games lost.
