Regular Season Round 25: Boston C. - Golden St.W. 105-100
Date: November 15, 2019
Rather predictable result when first ranked Celtics (10-1) won against 5th ranked Warriors (2-11) in Boston 105-100 on Friday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Celtics made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Warriors turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Quite impressive performance for forward Jayson Tatum (203-98, college: Duke) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Jaylen Brown (201-96, college: California) contributed with 22 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Forward Draymond Green (201-90, college: Michigan St.) answered with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Eric Paschall (203-96, college: Villanova) added 16 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Warriors. Four Celtics and five Warriors players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Celtics have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They maintain first place with 10-1 record. Warriors lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 11 games lost.
