Regular Season Round 10: Sokol Lancut - Pruszkow 81-60

The game between third ranked Sokol Lancut (6-4) and 9th ranked Pruszkow (4-7) in Lancut on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Sokol Lancut outscored guests from Pruszkow 81-60. Guard Mariusz Konopatzki (192-96, agency: Alti Sport) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points and 15 rebounds to lead the effort and power forward Maciej Klima (203-82) supported him with 11 points and 7 rebounds. Four Sokol Lancut players scored in double figures. Sokol Lancut's coach Dariusz Kaszowski felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 16 points by point guard January Sobczak (179-97) did not help to save the game for Pruszkow. Power forward Mateusz Szwed (198-91) added 4 points and 9 rebounds for lost side. Despite that victory Sokol Lancut went down to fifth position due to points difference. Pruszkow lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth place with seven games lost. Sokol Lancut will meet at home Polonia Leszno (#8) in the next round. Pruszkow will play against GKS Tychy and hope to secure a win.
