Everything went according to plan when second ranked Mavericks (9-5) outplayed 5th ranked Warriors (3-13) in Oakland 142-94 on Wednesday. Mavericks made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. Mavericks outrebounded Warriors 50-33 including a 42-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 22 long-distance shots on high 57.9 percentage. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Mavericks made 7 blocks. Mavericks' coach felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Eric Paschall (203-96, college: Villanova) replied with 22 points and 7 rebounds and guard Alec Burks (198-91, college: Colorado) added 11 points and 4 assists in the effort for Warriors.
