Very expected game when 13th ranked Olympique Antibes (2-5) lost at home to fifth ranked Nantes (5-2) 76-70 on Friday. It was a very good performance for Ludovic Negrobar (208-91) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 6 rebounds. American swingman Rene Rougeau (198-86, college: UNLV, agency: Blacktop Management) contributed with 10 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Romuald Morency (202-95) answered with 15 points and 9 rebounds and American Tim Blue (204-84, college: MTSU) added 14 points in the effort for Olympique Antibes. Four Olympique Antibes players scored in double figures. Nantes moved-up to third place, which they share with Denain. Loser Olympique Antibes dropped to the fourteenth position with five games lost. Nantes will face ALM Evreux (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Olympique Antibes will play against Quimper UJAP and hope to win that game.
