Sixth-ranked KFUM Jamtland (5-7) was very close to win a game against third ranked BC Lulea (9-3) on Friday. BC Lulea managed to secure only three-point victory 98-95. However their fans expected easier game. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of KFUM Jamtland. The hosts trailed by 19 points after three quarters before their 32-13 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 3-point victory in overtime. BC Lulea forced 22 KFUM Jamtland turnovers. KFUM Jamtland was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Brandon Rozzell (188-89, college: VCU) who helped to win the game recording 32 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. Guard Quinton Upshur (196-93, college: NAU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Forward Justin Gordon (198-93, college: Wofford) answered with 24 points and 9 rebounds and power forward RT Guinn (208-81, college: Baylor) added 17 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for KFUM Jamtland. Four KFUM Jamtland players scored in double figures. KFUM Jamtland's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. BC Lulea have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place with 9-3 record having just two points less than leader Koping Stars. KFUM Jamtland at the other side keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. BC Lulea will face Nassjo (#8) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
