Rather expected game in Malaga where 5th ranked Almeria (4-4) was defeated by third ranked Novaschool (6-2) 70-64 on Saturday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Novaschool made 13 blocks. Center Chema Del-Rio (203-91) had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks to lead the charge for the winners and center Anastasio Vazquez (204-92) chipped in 10 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Five Novaschool players scored in double figures. At the losing side center Jose-Antonio Moreno (204-98) responded with 12 points and 8 rebounds and Juan-Miguel Molina scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Novaschool moved-up to second place in Group D-A. Loser Almeria dropped to the fourth position with four games lost. Novaschool will face league's leader CAM E.Soler in Melilla in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Almeria will play at home against Unicaja-Andalucia and hope to win that game.
