Very important is a road loss of second ranked Gunma (13-7) against fifth ranked Bambitious N. (8-13) on Sunday night. Visiting Gunma was crushed by Bambitious N. in Nara 99-69. They outrebounded Gunma 45-33 including 36 on the defensive glass. Bambitious N. looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Gunma's players. The best player for the winners was American Greg Mangano (208-89, college: Yale, agency: Octagon Europe) who had a double-double by scoring 27 points, 21 rebounds and 4 assists. His fellow American import power forward Andrew Fitzgerald (202-90, college: Oklahoma) chipped in a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds. Four Bambitious N. players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Nigerian forward Abdullahi Kuso (206-84, college: Tallahassee CC) who recorded 14 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and Hungarian-American Rosco Allen (208-93, college: Stanford, agency: Pensack Sports) added 18 points respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
