No shocking result in a game in Sao Paulo where seventh ranked Corinthians (7-3) defeated 15th ranked SKY/Basquete (2-8) 80-69 on Sunday. Corinthians dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to SKY/Basquete's 30. Corinthians forced 20 SKY/Basquete turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American Tracy Robinson (201-86, college: Loyola, IL) fired 16 points and 5 assists for the winners. Bahamas David Nesbitt (200-91, college: St.Thomas, FL) chipped in 11 points and 9 rebounds. Corinthians' coach Bruno Savignani used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American swingman Brandon Davis (198-88, college: Lamar, agency: Pro Sports) produced 23 points (made all of his thirteen free throws !!!) and his fellow American import guard Rashaun McLemore (193-86, college: CSUN) added 14 points respectively for lost side.
