A very close game took place in Oklahoma City between Thunder and Warriors. Fourth ranked Thunder (6-10) got a very close home victory over 5th ranked Warriors (4-14). Thunder managed to escape with a 3-point win 100-97 on Monday evening. Thunder looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Thunder made 14 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Chris Paul (183-85, college: Wake Forest) who led the winners and scored 20 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. German-Gambian point guard Dennis Schroeder (181-93) accounted for 22 points and 5 assists for the winning side. Thunder's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Guard Ky Bowman (185-98, college: Boston Coll.) came up with 24 points and 5 assists and forward Glenn Robinson-III (198-94, college: Michigan) added 25 points and 5 assists respectively for Warriors in the defeat. Five Thunder and four Warriors players scored in double figures. Thunder moved-up to second place, which they share with Orlando M. Loser Warriors keep the fifth position with 14 games lost.
