Date: November 27, 2019
Rather predictable result in Milwaukee where first ranked Bucks (15-3) beat 5th ranked Hawks (4-14) 111-102 on Wednesday. Bucks looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Bucks made 11 blocks. Hawks were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Greek-Nigerian swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo (211-94, agency: Octagon Europe) fired a double-double by scoring 30 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks for the winners. Point guard Eric Bledsoe (185-89, college: Kentucky) chipped in 9 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. Forward Jabari Parker (203-95, college: Duke) produced a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 14 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Trae Young (188-98, college: Oklahoma) added 29 points and 7 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for Bucks. They maintain first place with 15-3 record, which they share with LA Lakers. Hawks lost their eighth game in a row. They keep the fifth position with 14 games lost. Bucks will face Cavaliers (#5) in Cleveland in the next day. Hawks will play on the road against the league's second-placed Pacers in Indianapolis and hope to win that game.
