There was no surprise when 16th ranked Oviedo CB (2-8) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Caceres Basket (7-4) 85-73. Caceres Basket made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for American center Arkeem Joseph (206-94, college: Texas A&M Int.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds. Point guard Ricardo Uriz (188-80) accounted for 15 points and 4 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) for the winning side. Caceres Basket's coach Roberto Blanco allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Forward Alejandro Reyes (197-93) came up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds and Latvian Davis Geks (192-95) added 18 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Oviedo CB in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Caceres Basket have a solid series of four victories in a row. Caceres Basket moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Oviedo CB lost fourth consecutive game. Oviedo CB at the other side keeps the sixteenth position with eight games lost.
