Thomas is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Breidablik players scored in double figures. At the losing side American forward Christian Cunningham (201-97, college: Jacksonville St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds and Croatian guard Kristijan Vladovic (185-99) scored 20 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Breidablik have an impressive six-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Hottur and Hamar. Loser FSU keeps the sixth place with six games lost. Breidablik will meet at home Skallagrimur (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. FSU will play against Snaefell in Stykkisholmur and hope to secure a win.
