A very close game took place in Philadelphia between 76ers and Pacers. Third ranked 76ers (14-6) got a very close home victory over second-best Pacers (12-7). 76ers managed to escape with a 3-point win 119-116 in the fight for the second place. Australian point guard Ben Simmons (208-96, college: LSU) chipped in a double-double by scoring 15 points, 6 rebounds, 13 assists and 4 steals (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). At the other side the best for losing team was guard Malcolm Brogdon (196-92, college: Virginia) who recorded 28 points and 6 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) and forward TJ Warren (203-93, college: NC State) added 29 points respectively. Four 76ers and five Pacers players scored in double figures. Pacers' coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. 76ers have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place which they share with defeated Pacers. Loser Pacers keep the second position with seven games lost. They share it with Utah Jazz.
