An interesting game was also tough home defeat of 2nd ranked AZS Start II in a game in Lublin versus Dziki Wwa (#3) 74-67. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of AZS Start II. It was a key game for the top position in Group B. Dziki Wwa looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for swingman Michal Wojtynski (193-89) who led the winners and scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Point guard Kamil Czosnowski (180-95) accounted for 16 points for the winning side. Dziki Wwa's coach Piotr Bakun used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Swingman Karol Obarek (194-93) came up with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Krzysztof Wasowicz (183-94) added 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for AZS Start II in the defeat. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Dziki Wwa. They keep a position of Group B leader, which they share with Radom II. Loser AZS Start II dropped to the third place with two games lost. They share the position with Zubry. Dziki Wwa will meet at home Zubry (#4) in the next round. AZS Start II will play against AZS UJK Kielce and hope to secure a win.
