No shocking result in a game when tenth ranked Shahrdari BA (3-6) beat 13th ranked Shahrdari Q. (1-7) in Qazvin 76-69. Shahrdari BA forced 25 Shahrdari Q. turnovers. 25 personal fouls committed by Shahrdari Q. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American-Guyanese forward Kedar Edwards (196-93, college: UT Martin) who scored 23 points and 5 steals. Ivorian center Willy Kouassi (208-91, college: Arkansas) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. Kouassi is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Shahrdari BA players scored in double figures.
