An interesting game for Bucks (19-3) which played road game in Detroit against 3rd placed Pistons (8-14). First ranked Bucks had an easy win 127-103. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Pistons. Bucks made 25-of-27 charity shots (92.6 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Pistons 55-40 including a 45-31 advantage in defensive rebounds. Bucks players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. It was a great evening for Greek-Nigerian swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo (211-94, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory scoring 35 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds. Forward Khris Middleton (203-91, college: Texas A&M) helped adding 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. At the losing side center Andre Drummond (208-93, college: UConn) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Blake Griffin (208-89, college: Oklahoma) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Bucks have an impressive series of thirteen victories in a row. They maintain first place with 19-3 record. Pistons at the other side keep the third position with 14 games lost. They share it with Chicago B. and San Antonio S..
