An interesting game took place in Aldeota where higher ranked Brasilia (4-7) was upset on the court of fifteenth ranked SKY/Basquete (3-10) 91-56 on Friday. SKY/Basquete outrebounded Brasilia 42-28 including a 30-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Sualisson Da-Silva (195-92) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Rashaun McLemore (193-86, college: CSUN) who added 18 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Five SKY/Basquete players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was the former international Arthur Silva (196-82) with 15 points and center Ronald Reis (211-91) scored 8 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. SKY/Basquete maintains fifteenth position with 3-10 record. Loser Brasilia dropped to the twelfth place with seven games lost. SKY/Basquete will face higher ranked Mogi (#3) in Mogi das Cruzes in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
