Another exciting game was again a derby between two teams from Montevideo: Trouville (#1) and Urunday (#2). Trouville (9-3) won against visiting Urunday (8-4) 100-92. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Urunday. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Urunday was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for naturalized Italian point guard Marcos Marotta (180-89) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Anthony Danridge (196-86, college: N.Mexico) helped adding 21 points. Trouville's coach German Fernandez allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was American forward Shaquille Johnson (191-90, college: Marshall) with 21 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists and the other American import power forward Andrew Feeley (205-83, college: UMBC) scored 19 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Trouville have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 9-3 record. Urunday at the other side dropped to the third position with four games lost. They share it with Olimpia.
