Fifth-ranked Knicks (4-19) gave a tough game to second ranked Pacers (15-8) in New York City on Saturday. The visitors from Indianapolis managed to secure only one-point victory 104-103. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Knicks' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Pacers maintains second position with 15-8 record behind leader Milwaukee B., which they share with LA Clippers. Knicks lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with 19 games lost.
