Very predictable result when third ranked Rueil (11-3) defeated at home 12th ranked Kaysersberg (2-12) 89-73 on Saturday. Forward Masse Doumbe (201-87, college: Keiser) scored 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Gregg Thondique (201-87, college: Virginia Union, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest. Rueil's coach Julien Hervy used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Guard Rosaire Malonga (188-95) responded with 16 points and 5 assists and Lithuanian forward Karolis Brusokas (202-91) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rueil have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place in Group B, which they share with Saint Vallier and Cheruy.
