The winners were led by American power forward Charles Thomas (203-86, college: Arkansas) who scored that evening 24 points and 8 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and guard Tommaso Marino (192-86, agency: Agency) supported him with 10 points and 8 assists. Even 18 points by American point guard Rotnei Clarke (183-89, college: Butler, agency: HMS) did not help to save the game for Pompea MNV. Swingman Riccardo Visconti (197-98) added 16 points. Pompea MNV's coach Alessandro Finelli rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Basket RAV maintains first position in A2 with 9-3 record. Pompea MNV at the other side dropped to the fourth place with five games lost. Basket RAV will play against Poderosa MNT (#11) in Montenegrano in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
